Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Time & Costs

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Please note that processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors once the order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Address

We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is complete and accurate.

Orders cannot be changed once processing has begun, so please double-check your address before placing the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, or refusal by the recipient:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Additional return or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we recommend providing clear photos or a short video (such as an unboxing video) showing the condition of the package and product.

Additional evidence may be required to verify the issue before a resolution is provided.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be considered successfully delivered and is no longer under our responsibility.
