Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after 12 hours but before processing may be subject to a processing fee (7%).
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Important: Please Record an Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video before opening your package.

This helps us quickly verify: Missing parts, Damaged items, Incorrect items, Package condition upon delivery.

An unboxing video is not mandatory, but it can significantly speed up the support process and help avoid misunderstandings during claims.

 

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All parts and accessories should be included when possible

Non-Returnable & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
  • Used personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Opened or used bathroom safety products
  • Any item showing signs of use

 

Missing Items, Damage, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Any issue involving missing parts, damaged items, or incorrect products must be reported within **72 hours of delivery**.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if available
  • An unboxing video, if recorded

 

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds for unauthorized returns
  • Return the item back to the customer if necessary
  • Delay processing until the return can be properly verified

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Describe the issue and provide photos or videos if applicable.
  • Wait for return approval.
  • Ship the item back according to the return instructions provided.
  • Wait for inspection and refund confirmation.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time is usually **5–10 business days after inspection**.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued after inspection, not when the return shipment is sent
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Replacement or Partial Refund Options

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges or replacement parts in most cases.

If your item is confirmed to be damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing essential parts, the issue will generally be handled through our return and refund process.

We may offer an alternative solution such as a partial refund or a replacement part only when available. These options are not guaranteed.
